Here's how to schedule a post on your Facebook page.
Normally, you can't schedule a post on your Facebook account unless you have a Facebook page. You can only do this for Facebook pages on your account.

If you'd like to share a post on your page at a certain date and time, Facebook allows you to schedule that post. This video explains more about how to go about it on the Facebook website on your computer or browser.

How To Schedule a Post On Facebook Page
Go to the Facebook website on your PC
Log into your account that's linked to the Facebook page if prompted
Click on your Facebook page name (as illustrated in the video)
Select 'Meta Business Suite' on the left-side menu
On the next page, click on 'Create Post'
Type in what you'd like your post to be about
Customize your post to suit your liking. You can choose to share the post to Instagram if it's linked to your Facebook Page
Once done, click on 'Schedule'
Choose the date and time you'd like the post to be posted
Click on 'Schedule' to save the changes

The post will be published at the set date and time.
