Fix PowerPoint 2016 Unable to insert youtube video

Here is what you need to do:
Open Internet Explorer
open Internet Options from the configuration menu
Click the Advanced tab
Scroll down to the Security section and UNCHECK "do not save encrypted pages to disk"
Click OK
Close and re-open PowerPoint and it should now be working.
