Best setup for AK 74? (Battlefield 3)

Today I test the AK74M...by shooting the wall of the aircraft carrier on Norshair Canals. Which is actually surprisingly effective for testing this sort of thing.
Video contains tests without any attachments, foregrip, laser sight, sound suppressor, heavy barrel and the bipod.
Sights haven't been included as they don't really cause the weapon to handle any differently and the flash suppressor has been left out for being pretty useless.
