Unreal Engine - Grab Objects and Throwing Them

So I used to have a physics based grabbing system for the game, like in Half Life 2.

The problem I was having was that I was also able to jump onto the thing I was carrying and effectively pick my self up and fly about the map.

While this is pretty fun it would break the game being able to cross the map quickly.

So here's a little explaination on how I fixed the issue, would anyone be interested in a tutorial?
