Would you like to be able to fight like Ilia Topuria? Of course you would!
Ilia Topuria has a right hand like a cannon but a lot of things he does well are completely trainable. In this session with two of the MMA fighters I work with I got over some of the fundamental things Ilia does well to knock people out, avoid punishment, and stuff takedowns.

In this session we will look at how Topuria sets up his knockouts, the combiantions he throws, and his defensive movement. Ilia has said he's heavily inspired by Saul Canelo Alvarez and attempts to incorporate Canelos boxing style into his MMA game.
