Hopefully you find this video useful. It seems there are a number of videos that kind of do the same thing but most seem to be of low quality and that makes it kind of hard to see what is going on. I filmed this in 4k so hopefully everything is much clearer and easier to follow.
I go over how to setup the digital multi meter to test the 240v outlet, how to cut the breaker to the 240v outlet at the outside/exterior circuit breaker box, and how to re-test to verify power is off at the outlet (essential if you plan to perform any work on the wiring or the outlet itself safely).
