Hey guys! So I’m working a double today and unfortunately I am away from my baby for 16hrs 😢😢😢! And I did not bring my pump with me... I simply misplaced it
In this video I am explaining how I elevate my engorgement pains by massaging my breast, applying warm compresses, and hand expressing.
I am not being very educational bc I am in so much pain, but I try my best to explain what is going on if you are having the same issues.
