In today's video I am letting you guys know about another reason Instacart Shoppers are being deactivated. This reason is SO easy to miss and could happen to any of us, so please be extremely focused at the checkout! Cashiers are accidentally adding addtional items to orders and shoppers just aren't aware until they receive an email of deactivation.
Also, in response to so many of you who commented on my last video regarding How to Deal With Dishonest Customers, I am sharing with you viewer suggestions on ways to modify this message to the customers so that it is less harsh. PLEASE let me know what you think in the comments below about the messaging to customers to detour them making false claims of non delivery. I would love for us to work together until we get this 100% right!
