As and Costumer we want to avoid telemarketing and advertising calls or sms on unnecessary time so TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) created an service DND (Do Not Disturb)/DNC (Do Not Call) but after register to that service we still get Calls and SMS which are insufficient to us, in this video i have cover how we can activate DND service on our mobile number even after that if we get calls and SMS so as responsible citizen how we can register complaints from Service providers Portal and TRAI DND application and track the complaint status.
