Install Kafka and Open JDK on Windows; Create Topic
Starting with a fairly new Windows 10 machine, I install Open JDK 11 and Kafka. I start Zookeeper, start Kafka create a topic, start a producer on command line, and then start a consumer on command line. I send messages from producer to consumer.
