What was on Latvijas Radio 1 back in the summer of 1998?

An interesting thing which I fount one day when searching on Latvian Radio's old website on Wayback Machine (radio.org.lv) - an old recording of LR1's midday news programme - from July of 1998! The recording was in an RealPlayer audio file, which meant that - of course - the end audio quality is not good. I tried all sorts of converters and players, and ffmpeg did it best, in my opinion.
