Here's a Premiere Pro KEYBOARD SHORTCUT Hack I'll bet you didn't know.
To add an edit on the clip right where your cursor is, be sure to select your clip and press Command+K (on a Mac) or Control+K on a PC.
If you want to make the edit on ALL tracks, press Shift+Command+K on a Mac or Shift+Control+K on a PC and BOOM!
