Jagex's New Lowest Level Quest Cape
Jagex just hit us with a bunch of new content proposals as part of the Game Jame V, including XP lamps to be awarded from quests that currently give Combat XP Rewards. This change, including the removal of some arbitrary quest requirements, would make the new lowest combat level quest cape in OSRS become level 43!
