Easy to make Chicken Sandwich Recipe (Both hot and cold). Perfect for school lunches or picnics!

Ingredients:

2 Chicken Breast
Salt and Pepper (Sprinkle)
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Small Onion - Diced
5 Garlic Cloves
1 Carrot (Optional)
1 Chicken Stock Cube (Optional)
1 Tsp Salt

For Sauce:
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Ranch Dressing
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder

Mixture:
2 Tbsp finely chopped Onion
1 Bell Pepper - finely chopped

Assemble sandwich with Bread
