OCI Ops Insights' key capabilities include:
• Capacity Planning: machine learning analysis of historical resource usage, allocation and predicting future growth
• Exadata Insights: examining overall workload, gathering key insights, and identifying highly utilized Exadata servers
• SQL Insights: viewing insights and workload analytics for all SQL and performance insights and history for a given SQL_ID
