Steamed dumplings/Steamed dumplings for 20-22 pcs
Dough:
Kefir 2.5% - 250 ml (room temperature)
Salt - 1/3 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Soda - 1 tsp (without slides)
Flour - 300 g + 2-3 tbsp
*Butter - 30 g

Filling:
Cottage cheese 5-9% - 600 g
Egg - 1 pc or 2 yolks
Sugar - 2-2.5 tbsp
Vanilla sugar - 1 pack

*Filling 2
Blueberries/cherries - 300 g (fresh/frozen)
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Starch - 0.5 tbsp
