This may not be exactly correct as I am not a professional but over a couple years this is what I've learned.
Keep in mind:
As you drop your aperture there will be more bokeh and vice versa. Shutter speed is set to 2x your frame rate (or closest you can get to it) for best result. Shutter speed is the last thing you want to change for exposing, first adjust aperture, then ISO. Your noise will increase as you increase your ISO.
ND Filters: These are used so you can drop your aperture lower without adjusting the shutter speed, resulting in better bokeh.
Exceptions: You only want to adjust the ISO if you are in a very dark setting. If desired you can get more or less motion blur by setting shutter higher or lower.
Steps:
(Prior to this turn zebra lines on)
1: Set shutter speed 2x your frame rate
2: Set ISO the lowest possible (change if in a very dark setting)
3: Adjust aperture to get rid of zebra lines
