The Arduino is a great microcontroller for developing your concepts into a viable prototype, as we have demonstrated time and time again at our workshops. However, moving from a prototype to a product requires something more compact. That is where the programmable ATtiny85 integrated circuit comes in.
In this workshop, we'll create a digital weather station that measures and displays nearby temperature and humidity, and 'shrinkify' it into a portable version by programming the Arduino function into a very compact ATtiny85 chip. All materials will be provided for participants.
