Photoshop Partial Color Effect - Color Splash Effect. In this Photoshop Tutorial, I will show you how to add Partial Color or what is all call a Color Splash Effect to an image. To get the effect we will use a Black and White Layer Mask, and use the paint brush to bring back some of the colors. photoshop color effects
