mayonnaise - 160-180 gr
hard cheese - 80 gr
apple - 1 piece (large)
onion - 1 piece (medium)

Onion marinade:
salt - 0.5 tsp. l
sugar - 1 tbsp. l
vinegar 9% - 2 tbsp. l
water (boiling water) - 1 st (200 ml)

Decoration:
raw carrots - 1 piece (long)
raw beets - 1 piece (small)
fresh parsley - 1 bunch (small)
