If you use a SOLIDWORKS network license and need to work from home or while traveling, you can connect to your server via VPN or you can borrow a license for up to 30 days and disconnect completely. You must not be using the license while you try to borrow it, so close SOLIDWORKS and open the SolidNetwork License Manager client and go to License Borrowing to get started. If you have questions or issues contact your system administrator or reach out to your Value Added Reseller for assistance.
