This video should be pretty self-explanatory. I will note that I personally use the left side of my keyboard because it is the most comfortable for me. It is likely optimal to place your hand closer to the middle of your keyboard so that your pink has access to extra keys, thus opening your ability to press more buttons. Personally, this is very uncomfortable for me as someone who grew up on games that regularly use QWER and WASD, but for Runescape it is almost certainly optimal.
