Mega Man X4 Frost Walrus Stage - Screen Scroll Glitch
Glitch demonstration TAS. Mega Man would return to the screen at 01:14.
This glitch is known before, but never shown fully. In this video, I went back to the very beginning of the stage, and came back, which is hard because it's easy to die to the spikes.
I even went up to the top right corner. So Mega Man travelled everywhere without the screen properly scrolling.
