This Vinyasa flow practice focuses on poses and sequences that strengthen the lower body and promote stability and grounding through strong foundations. Poses include Lunges, Warriors, Tree, Chair, Malasana balance drills, Skandasana. You will leave the session feeling rooted and refreshed. Suggested props: 2 yoga bricks.

This is the first class in our Fluid Strength program which is and by our brand new teacher, Vanessa Michielon. It features 7 brand-new Vinyasa Flow classes, some of which are combined with Pilates. All classes are around the 50-minute mark.
