Baking the best roasted garlic, olive and rosemary focaccia bread for the holidays!! Yum!!

4 cups flour
2 teaspoons salt

2.5 cups warm water
Packet of active yeast
1.5 teaspoons honey

Toppings of choice
Lots of olive oil
Coarse salt

Mix together the yeast, warm water and honey and let sit.
Then mix the yeast mixer and flour/salt mixer in a mixer with a dough hook.
Transfer dough to an oiled bowl, cover and refrigerate over night!
3 hours before baking, take the dough out and spread it onto a baking sheet that’s been lined with parchment paper and oil, let rise again.
Add toppings, poke your fingers into the dough, sprinkle with salt and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake about 25 minutes at 400… but check it! Don’t let it burn!!! :)
