My Wither Storm New Update

-New summoning method (using "soul soil" as command block)

-add some function commands
"function fix _lag" is used to reduce lag

"function kick_witherstorm" to kick wither storm out of your world

"function tp_ws" teleports wither storm to you

-add some new stuff
