Mum tells how daughter was mauled by friend's American XL bully dog
Luna Dobson's cheek was nearly chewed off by an American XL bully dog which she had tried to pet.
The young girl had reached down to stroke the animal during a visit to family friends.
Mum Amy said the dog was well known to her and she did not see it as a threat.
She has now joined calls for the breed to be banned in the UK.
