Have you activated High Definition quality on your Zoom account already?
By default Zoom sets ALL accounts (even paying ones) to Standard Definition, which is really low quality.
Here is what you have to do in order to activate a HD resolution:
the three things that can impact your quality on Zoom are:
1. Contacting Zoom support and asking them to enable “Group HD” in your account
2. Run a test to by looking at the statistics settings if you are sending 1280 x 720 video
3. Make sure you are using less than 85% of your CPU in order to achieve this quality
By taking these steps, you can improve the quality of your Zoom sessions and ensure that your audience have a way better experience!
