As a Battle Network kid, there are MANY Pokemon games that I missed out on. Yes, even Generation 2. Today, I right that wrong by diving into Pokemon Heartgold for the first time; a remake of the classic in 2000 for Nintendo DS. Despite Pokemon's gameplay (slowly) evolving over many entries, was I able to enjoy this relic of the past? Quite a bit, actually.
