If making perfect smoothies, milkshakes, or iced coffee is your goal here are important troubleshooting tips& tricks for your portable blender the Optimum Nutriforce Mini.

1. All indicator lights flicker in purple- the jug is not tightened well to the base. Please screw it well to the base so the arrow is aligned with the power button.
2. Blender stops working suddenly and indicator lights flick in red for 5 seconds- your portable blender is overloaded. Please add some water and cut your ingredients into smaller pieces.
3 If you notice leakage from your jug- the siling ring might not be placed properly. When assembling your portable blender please make sure the siling ring is placed tight.
4. Do not start your portable blender when the jug is empty- the blender will stop working after 5 seconds.
