Rage Plugin Hook Fix
Typical pathway to your GTAV main directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V
This is the fix for when Rage Plugin Hook will have a window pop up when you try to launch it but the window is blank and disappears after about 1 second or so. And of course Rage Plugin Hook will not start.
