Fusion 360 Joints allow you to position parts in their desired location. Use Joints to lay objects on a flat planar surface. Define the Joint Origin and Offsets to position the parts once they're lying flat. Note that As-Built Joints will not work with this workflow, as they do not allow you to move the position of parts.
