Pickled cucumbers- 9 pcs.
Pickle (brine) from cucumbers - 300 ml.
Meat - beef or pork - 300-500 gr.
Salt- 2 tbsp. l.
Onion - 3 medium onions
Carrots - 1 pc .
Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp. l.
Sunflower oil - 5 tbsp.l.
Broth to cucumbers - 7 tbsp.l.
Bay leaf - 3 pcs.
Potatoes - 5 medium tubers
