Method 1: Install Python 3.13 from Deadsnakes PPA
Step 1: sudo apt update
Step 2: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:deadsnakes/ppa
Press ENTER when prompted to continue.
Step 3: sudo apt update
Step 4: sudo apt install python3.13
Method 2: Install Python 3.13 from Source
Step 1: sudo apt update
Step 2: sudo apt -y install gdb lcov libbz2-dev libffi-dev libgdbm-dev libgdbm-compat-dev liblzma-dev libncurses5-dev libreadline6-dev libssl-dev lzma lzma-dev tk-dev uuid-dev zlib1g-dev gcc make pkg-config
