You should always try this as first method when you can no longer boot into windows and get stuck insdie this bootloop of automatic repair. I tried to install Brian Lara Cricket 2005 / 2007 which came with starforce protection drivers and I could not longer boot into windows then this helped me and I didn't have to reinstall windows.
This has happened with me thrice in last 2 years so thought I'll share this here, I know this is how you disable driver signature enforcement in Windows 10 but sometimes you install an app / driver which won't let windows to load.
