Tutorial: BERNINA stitch plates for sewing, quilting and embroidery
In addition to the standard stitch plates, BERNINA offers a wide range of special stitch plates for specific applications. All stitch plates have helpful etched marking to use for sewing guides. Most stitch plates include measurements in both inches and millimeters. The right choice of the stitch plate has a significant influence on the success of your sewing, quilting or embroidery project! For example, the straight stitch plate with a small stitch hole is perfect for very fine or very robust fabrics.
