Abyss Chinning has been popular for many years, particularly when people used them with Legacy. However, an update in early-2015 allowed them to be usable with abilities, which made it more effective now.

Then last year it was even better when you were able to use Melee or Mage Training dummies but that got patched only 6 months after the discovery. So this is the exp rate today, ~660k range exp/h.

Honestly though, this method is amazing for those who want to AFK or who don't like slayer but otherwise, it's not really worth it.
