Modern Warfare 2 Cutscene - Emergency Broadcast System
So I was playing Modern Warfare 2, and I was somewhat surprised to see an Emergency Broadcast System message come up as an entire cutscene before one of the levels. Here's the full cutscene here.
The major differences between this and a normal Emergency Alert System broadcast are quite simple:
No voice is heard in the broadcast.
One tone is repeatedly played.
The title of the EBS flashes repeatedly.
