How to fix Cannot set default printer with error code : 0X00000709
1. click on start button, type REGEDIT commandon search area
2.Select HKEY_CURRENT_USER
3.Select 'Software'
4.Select 'Microsoft'
5.Select 'WindowsNT'
6.Select 'Current Version'
7.Select 'Windows', right click and select 'Permission'.
8.Click on permission and all full control for all user (everyone)
9.Apply & Exit 'REGEDIT'.
10.Now try to set default printer as per your requirement.
