MINION ARMY NECROMANCER LEAGUE STARTER - PATH OF EXILE 3.21 - CRUCIBLE LEAGUE
For the 3.21 Crucible League, I'm gonna play the Minion Army Necromancer. This is a fast, cheap, fun, minion build that is gonna enable me to complete my atlas fast and farm a lot of currency in tier 16 maps with Blight and Wrath of the Cosmos, on a budget of only 100 to 200 Chaos Orbs.
