I've faced the weirdest issue with this game while using native resolution and FSR upscaled resolution; the 1% low framerate is very low and has micro-stutters while using native resolution at any graphics settings, but when you turn on the FSR 2.0 upscaling option, the 1% low framerate will be way more stable and better; FSR 2.0 also eliminates those micro-stutters that we were facing at native resolution. So even if you don't want to use FSR in this game, you have to because only FSR can fix that terrible 1% low framerate issue in this game. I know it's weird and it should be patched soon, but right now this is what we got.
