OnePlus 3/3T Android Pie Release

Initial Release
Clean flash necessary. To get VoLTE working please flash the volte_hack.zip linked below.
Latest stable firmware recommended.
Full OOS Cam support included too.
Encrypted devices may not be supported yet. But feel free to try and report.
Everything works as expected. Let us know if something doesn't work.
Attach logs with your bug report.
