CipherSpeak - Using WPF for themes?

Does anyone have a preference on what they want to see in the design or theme of a VoIP application? We know having options to allow users control over how their interface looks is important but we also do not want to use something like Qt. Allowing users to custom script their own designs/themes sounds cool on a feature list but is highly impractical in the long-term. For this reason, I think we will use a preset of chosen WPF themes and look at other OS options.
