How I ended procrastination for good

Have you ever sank an hour into Youtube instead of doing that really important task you had to do? Or have you struggled to start that assignment and now it's due in 12 hours? Well look no further.

I've compiled what I believe to be the most comprehensive and foolproof method of ending procrastination and increasing productivity. These are the exact strategies I used to get through 6 years of medical school. In my procrastination framework, I describe 5 reasons why we procrastinate - that is, your work is too boring, difficult, ambiguous, meaningless or non-urgent. First you figure out which of these 5 factors are contributing to your procrastination and then you can refer to the framework to solve all your problems! For each of the 5 factors, I list 2-3 practical steps you can take to eliminate procrastination with the end goal of reaching "flow state" or "the zone". Once you reach flow state, work becomes a breeze and your mind will no longer crave the dopamine rush of procrastination.
