Turning 40 @ SQLBits!
If you've never been, SQLBits is a great community conference. It's run by a bunch of dedicated volunteers, tech-talks are all hands-on, demo-laden goodness and there's a big ol' fancy dress party to cap things off. It's the conference where I first started giving tech talks, so it'll always have a place in my heart
