Mi Cloud backups all of your data in its cloud storage. It may be a breach of your privacy. Because nothing is safe guarded in INTERNET. So, it is wise to turn off all backup option for all personal informations like - SMS, Pictures and videos, browsing history, contact numbers and voice records. From your mobile you can only delete one file at a time, so use your PC to delete all files at once. After deleting they will be moved in trash like e-mails. So, after deleting clear your trash folder.
But it is wise to keep "Back up Device" on. It will help you restore your system in case of any system failure.
Google photos also backup your picture and videos. If you want you can turn it off too.
