Always have buffer in your budget
#metaverse and #gamedevelopment are one of the most complex software development projects that you can undertake, so it's extremely difficult to have a precise assessment of how much things is gonna cost. So my advice is: Be prepared, always have buffer in your budget. You don't have to make it public, let your developers know or whatever... But just for the sake of your projects or your company's survival make sure to have some nice buffer in your project.
