The Let through energy class of the MCB circuit breaker capacity is explained in this video. I will also explain the electrical rated short-circuit breaking current capacity ( Icn ) and let-through energy of the MCB (miniature circuit breaker) working in the AC circuit with an example. Prospective short circuit fault current, energy class 3, energy class 2 for C32 MCB, and its thermal energy is also explained.

Then I will explain the current limiting during a short circuit in AC is also explained.

I will further explain what is the short circuit current? and Its mechanical force due to electromagnetic force.
