Which Driver is Best? Comparing Nvidia Game Ready vs Studio // Game Drivers Test // Windows
Nvidia offer two different drivers:
Studio and Game ready.
Studio has better performance for editing and rendering videos with apps like adobe premiere.
Game ready driver is much more efficient for gaming and will result in a significant better FPS.
In this video I uninstalled game ready driver in favor of studio driver then run benchmark which result in an even score for both drivers.
BUT! I tend to favor the gaming driver since the real test was much better FPS with the game ready.
More to add, I haven’t found different (almost) while editing in premiere therefore all the favor are toward game ready driver.
For those of you who are willing to test this, you should run ddu first and completely uninstall GPU driver in safe mode.
