Apple Silicon Safe Mode!
Safe mode may help you resolve or isolate problems you’re having with your Mac.

When you start up in safe mode, your Mac prevents some software, such as startup items, from loading, and it performs a check of your startup disk. Your Mac may take longer to start up because of the check.

Start up a Mac with Apple Silicon M1 Mac in safe mode
On your Mac, choose Apple menu - Shut Down.
After your Mac shuts down, wait 10 seconds.
Press and hold the power button until the startup disks and Options appear.
Press and hold the Shift key, then click Continue in Safe Mode.
